Every luxury extension journey at The Mane Lounge begins with a personalized consultation. During this appointment, we'll discuss your hair goals, lifestyle, and desired look, while assessing your natural hair for length, density, and health. Together, we'll determine the best extension method-whether it be wefts, tape-ins, or k-tips- to achieve seamless length, volume, and fullness. We'll also review custom color matching, maintenance expectations, and investment options, ensuring you feel confident and fully informed before beginning your transformation. This step guarantees that your extensions blend flawlessly, protect your natural hair, and deliver the luxurious results you deserve.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that any appointment cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can best accommodate you. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a non-refundable fee of 25% of the scheduled service. We truly value your time, as well as the time of our stylists, and ask that you keep this in mind when booking.
