The grey roots + color matching roots sessions are for those maintenance appointments every 4-8 weeks depending on grow-out to ensure your color stays blended seamlessly. Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that any appointment cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can best accommodate you. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a non-refundable fee of 25% of the scheduled service. We truly value your time, as well as the time of our stylists, and ask that you keep this in mind when booking.
